Bridge Rehabilitation, Final Design, Drawbridge Repair,Loop Parkway and Meadowbrook Parkway
The project included architectural, electrical and mechanical system improvement for 2 bridges. Work included replacement of motor breaks and seals, new generator switch/gauges, new rack/pinion gears and associated elements. Existing steel grid deck was replaced with associated repairs. Bascule span counterweight hangers were installed. Trunnion Tower was repaired and the new Navigation lead lights were installed. Meadowbrook State Parkway had an emergency median turn-around.
Hirani provided structural engineering support services for the structural rehabilitation of 2 drawbridges, Loop Parkway and Meadowbrook Parkway.
