Hirani has worked on various facilities and buildings within New York City and surrounding areas conducting building condition surveys. Our condition survey consists of documentation of the condition of the entire site, and architectural and structural building components visible to the naked eye. Further we identify visible distresses captured during the survey and prepare a report for the facility owner providing necessary recommendations and comments on general facility condition.
