Representative Projects

2nd Avenue Subway

This project is a four phase construction project. Phase 1, when completed over a seven year period will provide service between the new 96th, 86th, and 72nd Street stations along 2nd Avenue and connect to the existing 63rd Street Lexington Avenue line station.

CM Design/Build for Hurricane Sandy Residential Community

Scope of work includes construction management, scoping and design services, and construction for the rehabilitation, elevation, and reconstruction of detached, semi-attached and fully attached, one to four-family homes, and common spaces and individual units in one to four-family buildings in the borough of Queens.

New Academic Building at SUNY Old Westbury

As part of the URS (AECOM) team, Hirani provided site supervision and coordination for the design and construction of a new, 79,270 sf free standing academic building on the southwest side of the existing campus center complex.

Requirements Contract For Resident Engineering Inspection Services

Hirani was selected as a Prime Hirani was selected as a Prime consultant to provide resident engineering inspection services for various infrastructure construction projects with estimates of $25,000,000 or less on a task order basis. Task assignments have included:

Nassau Pump Station Mitigation – 04

Hirani is part of the team providing construction management services for repairs/replacements resulting from Hurricane Sandy, as well as requirements for Code/OSHA compliance items and flood mitigation measures for nine (9) sewage pump stations located within SDD No. 3.

Construction Management Services for the Fulton Street Transit Center

This major capital improvement project involved the transformation of the existing Fulton Street/Broadway-Nassau Street stations, a complex of separate stations that date back to 1905-1930.

Hirani was a part of the team selected to provide construction inspection services for the total reconstruction of Bay Shore Road (CR 57) from Deer Park Avenue (NY 231) to Sunrise (NY 27) including drainage, traffic control devices, roadway replacement, pavement markings and lighting.
