The project included interior/exterior renovations/improvements.
Hirani provided layout and design of a new parking lot and associated site features. Services included design development, construction documents, shop drawings and construction support services.
Hirani’s work for the parking lot included the repaving of the existing parking lot, restriping the lot, installation of new drainage structures, installation of new sidewalk, installation of new lighting in the vicinity of the parking lot, installation of a new cantilever slide gate with controller, installation of new fencing in the area of the parking lot and all plans, details and specifications required for this work.
Work on the loading dock included rehabilitation of an existing loading dock area to allow for the installation of a trash compactor with all appurtenances including hydraulic controls and odor neutralizing capabilities.
