NYCDDC Build It Back

Hirani provided structural design, geotechnical investigations and land surveying services for residential structures that were determined to be substantially damaged by Superstorm Sandy.

Resort World Casino at Aqueduct Parking Garage and Casino

This large scale revitalization project of the existing Aqueduct Racetrack located in South Ozone Park, Queens was undertaken by the NYS Office of General Services.

Bridge Rehabilitation, Final Design, Drawbridge Repair,Loop Parkway and Meadowbrook Parkway

The project included architectural, electrical and mechanical system improvement for 2 bridges. Work included replacement of motor breaks and seals, new generator switch/gauges, new rack/pinion gears and associated elements.

Preliminary Design for the Replacement of the Ellison Avenue Bridge

Hirani provided structural and civil engineering support services as a sub-consultant to PB Americas to determine the best option to provide additional vertical clearance between the tracks and a new bridge.

As part of a team headed by the Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS), Hirani is providing multidisciplinary Architectural/Engineering Design.

Bridge Rehab Design Services

The contract included modifications to existing bridge configurations by replacing some of the concrete deck expansion joints with a link slab design.
